June Trip to Bake Me Happy

Hi, friends! It was truly a Maycember in our house and that’s why I was MIA. We had softball, baseball, a musical for both kids, a broken ankle (our girlie’s brother), 8th grade graduation (also our girlie’s brother) and our yearly doctor appointment for our girlie’s celiac disease. We were SO BUSY! Luckily, things have slowed down and I have a lot of amazing GF finds to share. I’m glad to be back!

This week we took a trip to one of our favorite gluten free bakeries in Columbus, Bake Me Happy! Our girlie had a great doctor appointment at her checkup on her celiac disease—which I’ll post about later—and as a reward, we always swing in to Bake Me Happy.

She picked out some amazing looking, mostly chocolate goodies. As usual, she loved them all! This is what she got:

• King Dong - this is her absolute favorite!

• Hot Chocolate Brookie

• Iced Brownie

• Mini Chocolate Bundt Cake

• Chippie - dark chocolate chip cookie with sea salt

This trip, the mini chocolate bundt cake was her favorite. It’s the monthly mini bundt so if you want to try it, you need to head there in June.
